I work with adults ages 18-65 who want to work on anxiety, stress, depression, people-pleasing, over-thinking. I help individuals improve assertiveness skills and being able to set boundaries. I also address codependent traits and can help you understand how patterns of behavior you learned in order to survive may no longer be serving you in a helpful way.
